Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired with reports of flies and water leakages. The ground floor placement contradicted our request for a top floor, and the mattress quality felt subpar. The fridge noise was a constant annoyance, and requesting a $200 deposit after prepayment felt unnecessary and confounding.

I really enjoyed the suite. It was big and comfortable. The lake was very nice, and fun. Lots of boats to take out. The outdoor hot tub was amazing.

the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the comfortable Executive Suite, which had a lovely view and spacious layout. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options, but the lunch was underwhelming compared to expectations.

The stunning natural setting offered plenty of activities, including walking trails and water exploration, which kept the kids entertained while I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of fun. However, we encountered a few issues, such as one of the indoor hot tubs being out of order, and the dining experience didn't quite meet our expectations in terms of variety. Despite these setbacks, the friendly staff and overall charm of the place made it an enjoyable family getaway.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed hiking around Mont-Orford National Park and played golf on their beautiful 18-hole course. The staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. We also appreciated the clean pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. It's a great spot for groups looking to unwind and make memories together.

The breakfast buffet was a letdown. the food didn't match the price we paid and left us wanting more. It made us skip dining at the hotel for other meals.

The location was excellent with a stunning lake view from my room. The room itself was quiet after I disconnected the fridge, allowing for a restful night. The breakfast options were delightful and definitely a highlight of my morning.

However, the fridge noise detracted from the overall experience.

Just an appropriate option for a flying visit in Magog with fantastic value for money. The breakfast had a good variety, which was surprisingly satisfying. Make sure to check out the local hiking trails nearby.
